I have some housekeeping news: Make It Make Sense is going paid!
The newsletter is researched, reported, written, edited, and designed by me. Consider an annual or monthly subscription to support its daily operation if you like reading it.
I’ll still be dropping free content. But paid subscribers ($7/month or $70/annually) will get exclusive access to THE EDIT, a fun bonus newsletter that drops every week on Tuesday starting on February 14.
Happy Valentine’s Day, bb.
I’m really into skincare, beauty, home goods, food, and all that fun stuff. And I keep a good, research-backed product recommendation on me. THE EDIT offers a curation of those interests. Each week, I’ll provide a selection of three Mains (beauty, household, and other products in that vein I’m loving and why), three Faves (the best articles and books I’ve read that week), and three Craves (the best recipes I’ve tried that week) that I believe improve my quality of life. I also include two items from The Cutting Room Floor, which is anything I see that I think y’all will like that doesn’t fit into the other three categories.
As the newsletter grows, I’ll begin to offer more content in front of and behind the paywall: quick blurbs, an Ask Juju series similar to me opening my DMs for vaccine questions on Twitter, and more. But a paid subscription is, essentially, access to my brain—what I’m thinking about and how I’m looking at it.
If a paid subscription appeals to you but isn’t in your budget, DM me on Twitter or reply to this newsletter. I’ll gift you an annual, and I’ll renew it as often as you need.
Thanks for sticking with me y’all! I’m excited about this new leg of my newsletter journey.
