It’s been a long time.

And you know, I apologize for that. I’m back now, though, and I am ready to talk about wellness trends that I think are worth dabbling in if you choose.

WHAT WELLNESS ITEM DO I LOVE THIS WEEK? 

So this week, I’m writing a love letter to the Stanley 40oz tumbler. 

If you’re on TikTok, you’ve seen this cup all over your fyp. I’m typically skeptical of trendy items, but Stanley is a company that’s been around since 1913. I also saw it everywhere constantly at a point in my life when I was tired of taking gulps out of massive mason jars. It’s hard for me to grip them—small hand probz—but the Stanley stumbler had a handle and a straw. So I was sold. 

I ran to REI to get one since it was the week before Christmas, and it was sold out everywhere else. The cashier told me about a woman who bought TEN STANLEY TUMBLERS, and we had a good chuckle about how the cup couldn’t be that good. 

Reader: I understand why that woman spent $400 on cups.
