I DIDN’T FORGET ABOUT Y’ALL
Hi lol. Let’s get into it. We’re keeping it short this week; I have a migraine!
WHAT WELLNESS TREND DO I LOVE THIS WEEK?
The 12/3/30 treadmill workout. As y’all know, I’m a massive fan of steady-state low-intensity cardio. So it’s lovely to see this exercise trending.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS
It’s customizable: If a 12% incline is too much, you can reduce it. If three mph is too fast, you can slow down. There’s no right or wrong way to perform this one.
It’s a great core workout: Anything that keeps me from doing core-specific work, which I find incredibly boring, is a win in my book.
It’s fun: You can play your favorite album, read a book, listen to a podcast, etc., while doing it.
It works: If you have weight loss goals, this and strength training will get you there.
