Hi, let’s get into it, shall we?

Olaplex No. 3 ($28 at Sephora): The icon. The myth. The legend. Before I started using Olaplex, I didn’t see the hype in a $28, relatively small bottle of product when I could get Shea Moisture for half the price. (No shade to Shea Moisture, I still like their stuff!) But then, I got a holiday sample set. After one wash, my curls were more vibrant and bouncier. A little goes a long way, too. A quarter-sized amount of No. 3, warmed between my hands, coats my entire head—and I have a decent amount of hair. I noticed fewer tangles, less breakage, and a lot more bawdy with continued weekly use. The hype is oh so valid. (I use No. 4 and 6, too, but, honestly, all you need is No. 3.) 

Dyson V8 Absolute ($449.99 at Dyson, but refurbished is cheaper if you can catch one in stock): That Bissell only looks like a Dyson until a real one pulls up! Honestly, I can’t think of a better investment. The charge lasts forever—a week—and it cleans as well as people claim. P…
