Somewhere, Diana Spencer is cackling.
A lot happened this week, and, frankly, I’m a bit overwhelmed. I don’t spook easily, but the updates out of Ukraine and Russia got me shook. With that in mind, I wanted to make THE EDIT as fun as possible. It’s not a solution to anything, but a distraction is rarely a bad thing—even if only for a few minutes. So let’s get into it.
Nike Training Club (Free on the App Store and Google Play): This app has it all. NTC is packed with science-backed training programs, various workout types, nutrition content, and wellness advice. I love how you can do a trainer-led video workout or a whiteboard-style session, depending on if you’re in the mood to hear someone talk. In addition, you can search for activities based on your training goal for that day, any time constraints, and whether you have equipment available. It’s a one-stop-shop. Before the pandemic, there was a $15 premium tier, so I love that Nike made an app worth paying for fully accessible.
